Neurodiversity & Inclusion

  • A foundational workshop exploring ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more. Participants learn how neurodivergence impacts communication, creativity, and performance — and why businesses that embrace it gain a competitive advantage. By the end, attendees will understand common misconceptions, the strengths of neurodivergent employees, and actionable steps to foster inclusion.

  • This workshop focuses specifically on ADHD, unpacking how it can affect focus, time management, and energy regulation. We’ll explore both challenges and hidden strengths, and provide managers and peers with practical tools to create supportive environments. Participants leave with simple adjustments that reduce barriers and unlock productivity.

  • Managers often want to support neurodivergent team members but lack the knowledge or confidence to do so. This training equips leaders with practical frameworks for inclusive communication, flexible goal-setting, and reasonable adjustments. The result: stronger manager–employee relationships and improved performance across teams.

  • Tailored for employees living with ADHD, this interactive session helps participants better understand their own patterns and strengths. We’ll cover energy management, focus strategies, and workplace advocacy — giving attendees tools to thrive, not just survive, in professional settings.

  • Imposter syndrome disproportionately affects high-achieving and underrepresented professionals. This workshop unpacks its root causes, normalises the experience, and provides evidence-based techniques to build confidence. Attendees will leave with practical strategies for self-advocacy, resilience, and reframing negative self-talk.
